Metal hoses

Company KOHAFLEX manufactures and delivers metal pressure hoses, which are used for transport of gaseous and liquid medium, everywhere where is high working pressure while there is thermal and dynamic stress.

Considering that hoses are manufactured from stainless steel is possible to use them for transport of medium with temperature from -196°C up to 600°C. On metal hoses are welded threaded, flanged or welding fittings on request of customer by TIG method.

Metal expansion joints

Company KOHAFLEX manufactures and delivers metal corrugated expansion joints, which are used for absorbing of thermal dilatations of piplines, for elimination of assembly inaccuracies and for absorbing of undesirable vibrations spreading from vibrating aggregates.

Construction and material of expansion joints is designed according to customer request, and after conideration of working parameters and request on needed compensation of pipeline.

Rubber expansion joints

Company KOHAFLEX delivers rubber expanion joints according to customer request. They are used for elimination of thermal dilatations of pipelines or for absorbing of vibrations.

Rubber expansion joints are delivered with flanged or threaded fittings. Material of rubber bellows is selected according to transported medium and working load.

Company Kohaflex delivers fabric expansion joints for pipelines in circular and non-circular section with gaseous medium.
Expansion joints could be delivered as individual fabric expansion joint – closed or as open band intended for assembly directly at application place.
Expansion joints are delivered without, but also with metal parts, or as a complete assembly unit.

Hydraulic hoses

Company KOHAFLEX assembles hydraulic hoses, which are intended for transfer of pressure energy of working liquid. The most used hydraulic hosea re 1SN, 2SN, 2TE, 4SP, 4SH.
On hose is possible to use fittings according to international standards, or to manufacture special fittings according to customer request and drawings. Fittings could be from galvanized steel (common application of hydraulic distributions) or from stainless steel (use in aggressive environment).
